Ex-Miss USA Rima Fakih Partying Her FACE OFF Before DUI Arrest

Hours before former Miss USA Rima Fakih was popped for DUI
last week, the beauty pageant winner got DOWN at some liquor-filled
party in Michigan -- and TMZ has obtained the boozy photo evidence.

The
pic was snapped at Chen Chow Brasserie in Birmingham -- and while it
ain't 100% clear what Fakih's sipping on ... police arrested her on
suspicion of DUI just hours later.

After the arrest, Fakih took to Twitter ... denying she was ever in Michigan -- but clearly, the pic shows otherwise.

Fakih's
attorney later told a local paper, Rima was "very saddened and very
apologetic for the situation that she is in right now."
